The space
A fully-equipped commercial kitchen and concession located at the Stettler Agricultural Society's Facility. Proven venue with regular event traffic and strong community presence.
The Model
Independent operator model. You run your own business, set your own menu, and build your own brand, with a lease structure designed to support your growth.
Lease Structure
Year One (establishment): $750/month base + 5% of gross revenue above $8,000/month • Year Two and beyond: $1,200/month base + 6% of gross revenue above $10,000/month, subject to renewal • Utilities paid by Operator • Initial 12-month term with built-in 90-day review

operator requirments
Minimum 25 operating hours per week, Monday–Friday (year one) • Open for all Ag Society events and Farmers' Market • Current food handler certification • $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance, naming the Stettler Agricultural Society as additional insured • Alberta Health Services compliance • Agreed daily cleanliness and close-out standards
selection process
Two-stage application. EOI (expression of interest) first, shortlisted candidates invited to submit a full proposal and attend an in-person interview and kitchen tour.
