Stettler County Fair & Rodeo 2026

July 27 - August 1, 2026
It takes a community to pull off an event like this. Every year, volunteers show up to make the Stettler County Fair & Rodeo one of the best events in central Alberta, and we need you on the crew this year.
Whether you've been helping out for 20 years or you've never volunteered a day in your life, there's a spot for you.

What you get

This isn't a one-sided ask. Volunteers receive:
  • Free event admission for the days you volunteer
  • Official volunteer t-shirt
  • Meal vouchers during your shifts
  • The satisfaction of knowing your town's biggest event doesn't happen without you

where you can help

We need people across every area of the fair and rodeo. When you sign up, you'll tell us where you'd like to help, and we'll place you where you're needed most. 
Rodeo & Arena
Help keep things running behind the chutes and in the stands.
Bar / Beer Gardens
Serve, check IDs, and keep the good times rolling. (Must be 18+)
Gates & Admissions
The first face people see. Scan tickets, answer questions, welcome the crowd.
Grounds & Setup / Teardown
The muscle behind the magic. Setup, cleanup, and everything in between.
Kids & Family Zone
Run activities, supervise games, and keep the little ones having a blast.
Parking & Traffic
Direct vehicles, manage lots, and keep things flowing smoothly.
General Event Support
Not sure where you fit? That's fine, we'll find you a crew.
